We provide the expertise, volume purchasing, and day to day
management that allows the land owner to receive the highest
return and achieve the best product. Our land owners can be
as involved or uninvolved as they choose. They can always
be assured of a quality product. Our philosophy of “Embracing
the past to build a future”, is reflected in every project.
We truly care for the land and want to develop the highest
quality products for our clients.
Our client base continues to expand; however, GTW continues
to be our mainstay. The Gudelsky’s (Turf Valley Overlook,
Strin Farm, and West Friendship), the Taylor’s (Autumn
Manor, Town Homes of Timberland, and Autumn View), Kennard
Warfield (The Warfield’s Waverly Woods and Waverly Way)
continue to be a large part of our business. However, we have
expanded that base by handling numerous projects for BRS Developers,
Michael Pfau and NVR Homes, Inc..
Our constant goal is to provide quality service and value
to our clients. At present, Land Design and development, Inc.
has over 2,500 lots in process.
